Deluxe Villa is a 290 m² private house in Banya village, about 4 km from Bansko, built for complete rest and recovery at the foot of the Pirin mountains. Hypnotic Villas has three identical Deluxe houses, and each one is rented as a whole – nothing is shared with other guests.
Bedrooms and living spaces
Three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds – dressed in premium cotton and silk linen, with ergonomic pillows and orthopaedic mattresses. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The villa sleeps up to 6 guests, plus one extra bed.
The living room has velvet seating, natural granite tables, a fireplace and a view of the Pirin mountains. Double-opening panoramic windows connect the interior with the veranda and garden. The dining table seats 8, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dedicated workspace.

Does each villa really have its own thermal spa?+
Yes. Both the Deluxe and the Grande villa have a private outdoor jacuzzi fed by natural mineral water and a panoramic sauna. Nothing is shared with other guests.
How far is Bansko and the ski lift?+
About 4 km — roughly ten minutes by car. We can arrange transfers to the gondola and deliver ski passes and equipment to the villa.
What is the minimum stay and cancellation policy?+
Minimum stay is 2 nights. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before check-in. Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.
Is breakfast included?+
Yes — breakfast is included for every guest, and a welcome package awaits you on arrival. A private chef for lunch or dinner can be arranged on request.
Can we book both villas for a larger group?+
