Does each villa really have its own thermal spa?+
Yes. Both the Deluxe and the Grande villa have a private outdoor jacuzzi fed by natural mineral water and a panoramic sauna. Nothing is shared with other guests.
How far is Bansko and the ski lift?+
About 4 km — roughly ten minutes by car. We can arrange transfers to the gondola and deliver ski passes and equipment to the villa.
What is the minimum stay and cancellation policy?+
Minimum stay is 2 nights. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before check-in. Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.
Is breakfast included?+
Yes — breakfast is included for every guest, and a welcome package awaits you on arrival. A private chef for lunch or dinner can be arranged on request.
Can we book both villas for a larger group?+
Yes. Deluxe and Grande can be booked together for family gatherings, celebrations and corporate retreats. Call us for a group quote.
